Webroot failed me and I am not smart enought to tell Webroots automated system why I am upset or even that I am upset. They found 1273 items of malware that they used Malwarebytes Anti-malware and then Combofix to remove another 20 items. I lost use of my desktop for a week while it was in the shop. I could not access Webroot, I could not load Webroot from the disc. I have used Webroot with good results until last week when my desk top froze. Then they sent me another e-mail telling me my subscrition was about to expire. I asked for a refund and was told it was too late. That time I looked in my records and found they were in error and had been on hte previous e-mail. A couple of months, a new e-mail about the subscription was about the expire.
